Dear Friends,
I learnt from a well-informed source that in recent days the suspension of a leading civil rights veteran, imposed in early March 2003, by the then president of the Derry Division No. 1 of the AOH, has been lifted. A few years ago the same AOH official, sadly, now their 'National' President, denied that he had imposed a ban on the entire civil rights veterans netowrk, yet Hibs, journalists and others know that he was being "economical with the truth". Local newspapers in Derry in early March 2003 reported his words exactly, and several journalists have expressed disgust at his later denials.

It has taken 4 years and 7 months for the truth to emerge. As they say, the truth will out in the end. More later. Justice must be done and be seen to be done. Enought said!
