In a bid to further promote the campaign to ensure the speedy repatriation of Noel Maguire, the Oct. 5th Assoc's request to have the IPSC's website included within www.ia-pl.org has been implemented recently. This includes sample letters to relevant Ministers, a flyer which can be printed, background info etc. You will see the Irish Political Status Committee's [IPSC] site listed under "Recommended", alongside the New Republican Forum and The Blanket.

The October 5th Assoc- a network of 1968 civil rights veterans and supporters-has been active on the repatriation front since at least early 2002. Recent comunications from Niall Blaney [now a FF TD] & Foreign Affairs Minister Dermott Ahern, received by the CR Vets, has been forwarded to Mr. Maguire's family this week.

The CR Vets main point of reference is this board. Therefore,we strongly recommend that all groups struggling on the prisons' front, forward postings to the WATCH, so that progress and/or setbacks can be more fully appreciated by the considerable number of contacts within the CR Vets' network.
