Can an allegedly �deranged� man give evidence to the Bloody Sunday Tribunal?

ON November 22, Mr. Johnny White, who claims to be the Officer Commanding of the Official IRA Brigade Satff, in Derry, which is disputed by surviving veteran OIFA officers, who held senior ranks, has been called to give evidence to the Saville Inquity, which is focusing on the events of Bloody Sunday in Derry on January, 31st 1972.

THE SUNDAY WORLD TODAY referred to J.W. and his evidence to the Saville Inquiry in non-too complimentary terms, however, the above posting was made prior to such testimony.
