He sighed. He wanted to say something, but it would all end up riddled, he knew that. Instead he nodded and laughed, with bits and pieces of, "Yeah, I agree" mumbled blankly. When she referred to herself and his advice for her to remain natural, he took it in. Nobody was naked in person. Everybody wore a veil because everybody needs a veil because everybody needs somebody. The first somebody they turn to is the person they create to make them who they are, without being themselves. He nodded. "A lot of people have been discriminating against me lately. I wonder just why? It's funny, don't you think, how they hate us because of the status other people give us... because of labels. It irks me when people act all toughy and non-mainstream. It's not like they have a choice where and not to live when they're fucking twelve and seventeen years old. It gets tiring, doesn't it? They just continue on discriminating because everyone isn't fucking like them."

"Hah!" He said out loud bitterly, noting Adina's quiet but not minding. "More than fucking ever, lovely," With a roll of his eyes he surveyed around, hand flinging out with the swivel of his cranium. "Everybody seems to want a piece of the pride you get with popularity. Everybody wants to talk to you to humiliate you just so they can prove that somehow, they're more superior than you ever were. They look for weak spots in your character, acting like some mad scientist obsessed with trying to overthrow you when in the presence of other people, including the selves they'd like to be. Honestly, I don't think you should care. If these people don't like you, they don't have to. Noone ever asked them to, just like anyone who likes you. It isn't a forced thing. It just happens. I think people need to understand that," He stopped, contemplating her from where he sat. He then looked around one more, an apathetic, stoic dullness to his observation. "I'd like for one person to just talk to me and talk to me, without giving a shit for my status, and from then make an opinion of me. But it's awful hard when the people you're in school with are people like these." He turned to Celeste, an apologetic grin playing recordedly on his face. "Sorry for that, I guess the sociologist-philosophist took over there. Hopefully though, you understood what I was trying to get across... I'm hoping at least one person will see it."

"I use to do it all the time, rate people, even you..." she said glancing at Julian, silently apologizing. "It's just it won't matter in the end who you were friends with, who was the star athlete...it isn't going to matter. Sure you might be recognized, but where will that get you? Everyone is going to remember how snobby you were, how snobby I was, and I don't see anything changing that. It's a little too late to change my whole personality, to be someone worth knowing. But i can try, not like it makes much difference. I see what your saying but...I care what they think, I was pretty awful, but I don't want to be treated like I was anymore. I'm tired of wlaking these halls like I own them, like I get a special prize for being well-known and pretty..." she said and looked down at her hands. Giving a second glance around the cafeteria she raised her eyebrows at Julian, "That's it" she said kind of laughing. Celeste stood up on her chair and put her hands around her mouth, yelling as loud as she could, "Take a picture it lasts longer!!!!!". Getting back down on the chair she was laughing as well as rolling her eyes, looking around the cafeteria at the stunned people, "Oh...I feel so much better now" she laughed. Pulling up a second chair she crossed one leg over another in the air and set them on the chair, "They always said i got whatever I wanted. Well today Celeste wanted to scream, and today I got what I wanted.." she said normally. Her voice raised in mid-sentence then, "And just for your information.." she looked at Jlian and then Adina, then turned her head, "I don't get everything I want" her eyes rested on Julian. No, not everything she thought...
