At least she had some common sense and dressed appropriately! I can't believe how some of the kids dress (or rather, don't dress) for the cold weather. I still see an occasional skimpy skirt (that's not the problem) with totally bare legs and feet wearing a slip-on shoe here in Minnesota in the middle of the winter! I know they were taught about frostbite and hypothermia, obviously nobody was listening!

Maybe if we had lots of snow things would change. This freezing rain junk can stop anytime!
