I thought she was refering to digging up the casket and opening it. In fact I am pretty sure of this as she seemed pretty experienced doing the actual autopsy, but she was pretty green looking when that casket tumbled down the hill and opened.

I do agree it was a confusing line. But the pilot remains one of my favorite episodes and know it pretty good.
