I just watched Deep Throat. We're still developing the characters a bit here. I found it amusing that Scully mentioned her field report about five times, and then at the end we see her writing it. You know, cause she's by the book and still keeping an eye on Mulder for the higher ups.

We also see in this episode that Scully is more than capable of taking care of herself. During the Pilot she pretty much just followed Mulder around. Here we see ToughAsNails Scully single-handedly throwing the Airbase Security guy up against the side of a car and proceeding to force him to find Mulder for her. We learn in Deep Throat that Scully is not someone we want to mess with.

Air Base Security Guy: You do anything stupid, and this situation could get big in a hurry.

Scully: Yeah, you just keep telling yourself that.

I love Scully so much.

This episode also features classic Mulder stubborness. First ignoring Deep Throat's warning then running out on Scully. Aw, Mulder. Good thing Scully was there to save your ass.
