the fact that his mother was abducted, and now his sister. Perhaps he was not the right gender for the experiments but had inherited an ESP sort of trait as a result of the experiments done on his mother? That could explain his ability to put things down on paper--even if it was only a binary message turned into art. Since binary is a basic kind of language, it could possibly be that the aliens were using to communicate and he was able to "hear" it and write it down.

This picture makes me sad--it is such a tender photo of Mulder with a cute little boy. How could Mulder possibly know that he would father a son only to loose him before they could have this sort of moment together. Makes me want to cry.

Where is the next movie and will it show the family back together????
