What angers me the most is that I have watched his last four shows-XFiles, Millenium, The Lone Gunmen and Harsh Realm. I have enjoyed them all and have seen every episode (except the finale of TLG when the power went out and my VCR didn't catch it.) To blame the poor ratings on his viewers or fans isn't very fair.

As for the XFiles--does he realize that maybe we all are going through various stages of grieving. For crying out loud, the show has been a part of our lives for the last 9 seasons. What does he think we will do--just giggle and say "oh well." ?

If he didn't want to write it anymore he could have turned it over to others who have written for it and let them take it over. A few changes wouldn't have hurt too much.

I have no clue what I am going to watch next season--if there isn't anything good on, I guess I will take out my DVD's or tapes and watch them plus probably get back into my sewing room and finish more of my UFO's (unfinished objects.)

All I can do is try to enjoy the last 4 episodes and get into a rerun mode.
