Some people on XF boards have discussed it in connection with XF and I think they said she lost the baby but I'm not really sure. I used to watch that show all the time but then it started falling apart at the end and don't remember how it ended.

I think if you try some of the search engine sites like Yahoo you might find some Moonlighting fan web sites and maybe one of them would have an episode guide with synopses of all the shows.
