Ghost in the Machine & Folie A Deux- Mulder and Scully in elevators is right.

Ascension & Christmas Carol-I was thinking that we learn (with two different stories) about how Scully got her cross so your answer is close enough.

Paper Hearts & Two Fathers-Both have Mulder shooting a basketball. Very good!

Jersey Devil & En Ami- I was thinking Scully getting all dressed up 9and going out to dinner) so you got the right idea.

Chinga & Tithonus-You are correct that we have Scully working with other officers in both. I didn't think of that! However ;-) that's not the thing I was thinking of so we'll say this one still needs an answer.
