Mulder is repetatively staring at the floor and looking up at the lights trying to come up with a connection between the spot he's standing on and the mad professor seen on the video tape at the railway station. Scully comes out with the quote....I remember 'cos i found it amusing!!!

Hope that ends the suspense!!!
