Where in Christmas Carol is Charlie mentioned? I can't believe I've missed that! I only remember Beyond the Sea the two unmentioned guys at the funeral, the "older one and a younger one" comment (I'm assuming from Roland), the flashback in Ascension, and a cut scene from Momento Mori. Also, where did people find out his name was Charlie? Just from the cut MM scene?
