Subject: how do i let my ex-boyfriend to know that i still really like him?

i really still like my ex-boyfriend, but apparently he has moved on and is thinking of starting a relationship with someone else. i know that the girl does not want the relationship with him and i still really like him. how do i get to him realise that i still love him?? he doesnt communicate with me anymore, that is the trouble. any help would be excellent thanks.
