That doesn't sound so bad - if she prefers you to her boyfriend, and says she still loves you, it should only be a matter of time before you're back together again. Make sure you are nice to her - buying her little silly gifts, taking her out to wherever she likes going (meals, theatre, museums? you know her)so that you are treating her better than her boyfriend is. You could then start talking how shes building on weak foundations or something, very subtly and gently hinting that you don't think her relationship will work. For a short while you could not talk about her boyfriend, so that it would seem as if going out with her like you were before. After a couple of weeks you could say: "so how is that boyfriend of yours?" whatever she says, probably it will be that they're still together, you could say "do you want to start going out with me?" which will imply that she should dump her new boyfriend. As you've been broken up for 2 months, it seems like her new boyfriend caught her on the rebound, so things werent that meaningful. you still have a chance, out-charm her new boyfriend, be really nice to her, ask her out, and you should be together. Good luck.
