i hate my self.
in your head you know why...
but it dose'nt matter.
it ebs and flows.
but its always there.
some days are mild.
some days the hate that swells and has built up in you screams for the final option.
but it is always there.
it is not an illness.
pills can only numb it.
it is always there.
it is a state of mind, constantly fluxing.
explanations for it fly around like squash balls endlessly rebounding in the court that you hold.
yet still it is there.
your choices, your exsistance revolves around it.
an almost fanatical religon of self loathing in a single being.
it will always be there.
no one is ever fully cured.
to know your self is to hate your self.
and it is still here.
