 Sitting over here in Germany I had an urge to check out good ol' Quesnel. Good? BAD. UGLY! Four years after "escaping" things seem to have become much worse. Maybe they were just as bad when I left (at 18 you don't see much you don't want to) but I am frankly appalled at the amount of low-blow name-calling and petty bickering. Are there any adults left in the city?

On an entirely different note, at least there are opinions--I noticed that in the Observer "Opinions" section, all the opinions save one are written by Neil Horner. Hmph.
