 Many people go to a lot of trouble to plan an excellent community event that caters to families, seniors and tourists. Maybe you know the wrong people if all you see are drunks and drugies. Try hanging out at the park on Friday for kids day or visit the Teddy bear clinic. A little community spirit may broaden your narrow scope of vision.
