Dear Dawn,
On the any GOS website, the form to place your order for the Decision Pack states there is a 90 day refund period. On all the pages of the site, at the bottom is info about who owns the site, many times with additional info.
Did you not have contact info in your Decision Pack?
Did you not have an e-mail sent to you with contact info during the time you received your Decision Pack?
Did you not have contact info on the label of the CD-ROM and on the last page of the booklet?
Wasn't there a return address label on the envelope the Decision Pack came in?
If no to all the above,1) about any of the GOS members would have been willing to help you locate the person that sent you the package, i.e.; any GOS website contact info. 2) Or, any website that creates domain names has access to info on whoever owned the website you ordered from. 3) The BBB has multiple listings of Global Online addresses and phone numbers, etc... And on and on and on....There are many resources to pull from.
Yes, many people have opted to not pursue the Global Online opportunity and, having returned the Decision Package in saleable condition within 90 days, received the cost of the package as refund.
I have a hard time believing that someone said or wrote that Global Online was "quick, easy money", and if it was NOT presented that way, then I guess it was you that "so called" it so. I think you might have scammed yourself into believing you could get quick, easy money. Sorry, GOS is still work.
