I was a part of Global Online years ago. Global Online Systems was fined $150,000 in November 2004 for operating an illegal pyramid scheme (they were fined in Canada, though, not the U.S.). You can read the press release at this link (you'll need to copy and paste it into your browser):

The sad thing is, yes, I believe these people are still operating as someone suggested on this board, because I believe I've seen some of the websites, because I recognize the people on the sites as being Global Online people and I've seen pictures of the founders on there too. But all the websites seem to be under different names now.
I still use Herbalife because I love the Herbalife products, even though I don't sell it anymore. I want another sponsor who isn't part of Global Online because I don't want to give profit to a company that has broken the law.
So, if an Herbalife sponsor who isn't part of Global Online comes onto this board and wants to be my sponsor, please post something to that effect because I'm looking for one. I look at this board regularly.
