I think its a waist of money again. Hell they could repaint the whole biulding a few times for that amount of cash.What will it be ? A giant portrait of Wallace ?? It wouldnt surprize me anymore . Mabey they`ll spare some red paint for the fire hydrents to cover them up while there at it . That would be nice .
