all of the above. And youd be serprised how often they replace other working items like telephones and coffee machines. The goverment really knows how to waste moeny. but you should also look at it from there point of view, they have old furniture but dose it fit well in to the new space in PSL? probably most of it will but not all of it. and they are supposedly a profesional institution so if they used the old funiture where they can and but new stuff where they can't then they would have mismatched furniture and that would make them look silly. and appearances are important even if some of you don't think so. but in a small town like quesnel i'd rather have lower taxes and a city hall with mismached furniture than high taxation so the governemtn can live in luxery.
