Good afternoon. I'm a single African American woman and I heard you on the Howard Stern show this morning on my way to work. I was very impressed with what you had to say. I heard you mention your web site and I felt compelled to take a look. I have not read of your troubles until today. I am happy to hear that it has made such a change in your life. Its wonderful to hear that you are going back to school, I'm sure that's encouraging to other young ladies out here. If you had something to say to the African American women out here right now, what would it be? I'm not interested in having my message posted. I'm more interested in a personal response. Please don't misunderstand me, I'm not gay or bi. I just noticed that you seem to be very close with the young lady in your pictures. I also noticed that I don't see very many black people in your pictures, is there any reason? By the way the picture that you took in your village were beautiful!!

1st and foremost, i'm not a lesbo!! women generally tend to be close with eachother. that does not make me a lesbo and even making out with a woman just for fun does not make any woman a lesbo.

i now have black female pals because i go to school with some blacks..if i did not go to school i still probably would not have black friends. my community is as white as snow and i don't see how i can make black pals when i do not see any. i can't walk around with a sign seeking black friends. u make friends by association and accident and if all i see around me are white women i'm bound to strike a friendship with some of them. that is just nature. Manhattan is the same-most residents are whites too and my then and now apt building is like all whites. jeez i just wanna live in an arse kicking place. i do can't help what race is there.

what i will say to black american women is this: stay in school, READ, be more politically aware, be a threat to THE MAN-GO TO SCHOOL AND STAY IN SCHOOL-No one can take away your knowledge.
