Subject: Looking for "Record of Joy'

Hi,

I am looking for a kit (or pattern, if it ever came out in pattern form) called "Record of Joy", by Sunset/dimensions. It is approx 12x12, with spaces for the names of grandchildren around it.

If anyone has this, or knows where I can get it, please let me know
