No fraternizing with staff, top five rules in the how to be an IPS handbook. IPS doesn't last forever, and those people who you acted like you were better than cause you got that little pin on your chest won't be there after it's gone. IPS is necessary in the dept. we all know that. Anyone who is dirty should be found out about and proper action taken. We also know IPS goes beyond that with some of the things they do. I guess your soul is worth part of the weekend off when you have no time in, which makes up 90% of them. It's great how IPS never shares any info with staff about the going ons in people's units etc. Need to make sure you all get the credit. Just remember, once you get kicked aside by IPS you have no one after burning those bridges with staff. With that, fuck all you nuggets on IPS who meet that criteria.
