Vartavas - It is rumored that Brian played the Indian sitar on the song "Little One". I spoke with a Jimi Hendrix historian a few years ago and he told me it was Dave Mason who played the sitar on the song "Little One" by Jimi Hendrix. I was led to believe that Brian Jones only introduced Jimi Hendrix at the Monterey Pop Festival. I can't explain why the radio station said it was Brian who played the sitar at the Monterey Pop Festival. I have seen Jimi Hendrix performance at the festival and it never shows Brian play on any songs with Hendrix. Unfortunately, these things become confusing to many fans. Talk soon.
