Subject: giuliano confession

Hi, I just found a very cheap CD - Rock Report, Brian Jones and the Rolling Stones by Geoffrey Giuliano, 1998. On this CD there is a purported interview with a man called Thomas Patrick Gerard (sp?), an auto worker from Coventry, now deceased, who told Giuliano that he drowned Brian Jones accidentally in drunken horseplay. This is the same interview that was printed in 'Paint It Black', where the man is called 'Joe'. I don't think anyone takes this confession seriously, but I was just wondering if it was ever officially exposed as a hoax?
