I still think this whole statue thing was silly. I'm not much of a statue person myself. I can see statues of War heroes but not rock stars. To me, I think they should have used the money they raised to start some kind of a music fund in Brian's name to help needy kids buy musical instruments or to pay for their music lessons. I think that would have been a more flattering tribute to Brian.
