I am trying to look at the photo carefully. I was able to turn it right side up. It looks bogus to me. The photo of Brian's head looks like a similiar photo I've seen taken at the Beggars Banquet pie throwing. I've seen a photo of Brian in some book I have with his eyes closed like that. I can see someone is trying to pin it on Abkco. Look at the web link. Well, if it is real it doesn't look like there was much physical harm done to him. So much for him being beaten while in the pool.

I would greatly appreciate if these types of photos are not brought to my message board.
