How observent Chris,I lost the middle finger on my left hand a long time ago racing motorcycles,wich put an end to playing conventional chords with Spanish tuning(E A D G B E).Inspired buy Jango Rynhart, I again started playing using various tunings,finding chords in different positions to the norm.A great maney of the old bluesmen used this type of tuning.
