basically u open the vid file, set to direct copy on both video and audio then select output file and name. When the vid loads u will get an indicator with time and key indexs on the bottom. Just determine the time limit or beginning and end with the markers then copy. Just need to play with it. Make a copy of the vid u r using that way if something goes wrong u have the original. Also do not rec as avi because the default does not have much compression and a few megs could end up as a few gigs.
