I purchased a kitten from Ashley Anderson AKA- Nichole Anderson her breeder web site is Dream maker kittens, she lives in Mississippi, I purchased the kitten March 25,2010 I sent a bank check for 1,375.00 for the kitten and shipping charges, Ashley told me that she would shipping the kitten to me on April 1,2010 then she changed it to april 2,2010 and then april 3,2010 after e-mail ing me all the detail of the flight information, she has changed it again to april 6, 2010 When i toll her that this was unacceoptable to talked to me like a dog, I told her that since we were having some many problems in getting the kitten shiped out to me , that I would like a refund in full 1,375.00 she got irate with me, and yelled and said no she would not refund any money, that she had the option of shipping the kitten at which ever time frame she felt , I told her that all the changes she had made made me very uneasy, about her honesty, and that I could not trust her with getting the kitten to me, she has made all sorts of excuses up as to why she has not shipped the kitten ,I sent her the money overnighted she she had the funds ASAP. it costed me 18.00 to do that, I have been nice to her, but as soon as you challenge her with, I am not happy and dont trust her as a reputable breeder she comes unglued, She has also told me ,, that I will haft to take her to civil court in order to recoup my money,1.375.00 I feel you should not be able to keep the buyers money when the breeder cannot get the kitten shipped out to you in a reasonable amount of time. A reputable breeder would not have given me the run around. The most defintley would not have e-mailed me untheical practices and used words to the buyer that know one would have put up with, I have kept all my correnspndes with her even the e-mail, I have contacted my local Sherriff office and they are starting a file on her,I am sure if she has talked to me this way she has other clients as well maybe they let her got away with it, but I am not going to let her keep the money, we saved this money for the purchase of a pure breed kitten, I will never trust her again, and most definlty would not recomend her to any person wanting a Himlyan kitten, I would appricate it , if you could check into her as a breeder and see what kind of ethical practices she has. I only wanted my kitten that I had paided for, I feel like she has had ample time to ship me the kitten, and her verbal actions, and along with her lies and delays tell me she is not to be trusted,I have asked for a full refund because I dont feel she will ever be shipping out the kitten to me, I feel like this ,has been for our family a horrible experience with a unethical breeder who has poor business practices, and dosent care whom she can take advantage of, and she actually thinks she cqan keep the money, and that there is nothing we can do about it, she has e-mail me and told me verbal this same thing, she said Quote: I have your money 1,375.00 and your kitten; I really hope that noother person goes through this woman, she also states that these kitten are from Russia,I dont believe that either, I am lost for words, but hope that this helps someone to make a wiser decision that I myself made.
