The person posting the above notice runs a fraudulent organization and website at http://b-pcb.info. Her name is Rosemarie Zizzo and does not live in Hemet, CA. She is lying her as she lied to the courts in Riverside, CA when one of her victims sued her for harassment and won.
This "organization" does not have the non profit nor registered status it claims. Her copyright is nothing more than a paper from an internet agency that will not stand up in US courts.
In January of 2007, the courts in CA rendered a verdict against Zizzo and the Bad Pedigree Cat Breeder's Info site for harassment and libel.
Anyone who wants to know the true resolution of this case, should contact CFA, and ask for the Animal Welfare committee's findings on the complaint.
