Alice Cooper definitely played on Saturday night. That's the only night I actually saw, since we got there late on Saturday morning, and by Sunday night I had passed out from exhaustion and some poorly identified 'refreshments' which turned out to be sleeping pills :(

Everyone was walking around Sunday morning saying "Fucking Alice Cooper, man!" and "Who were those guys?". I think many of us, having never heard of them before were expecting a female folk singer. "Black Juju" and "Fields of Regret" are the two songs that stand out in my memory. About six months or so later they came to our town and played at a little venue that we were living at. There are a few videos of that performance on YouTube:

Second Coming and Ballad of Dwight Frye
Is It My Body
Caught in a Dream
I'm Eighteen
Sun Arise

My recollection is that Mountain and Jethro Tull played Friday night. (I'm sure there were others)

Saturday night's major acts were Jose Feliciano, Procol Harum, and Alice Cooper.

Sunday night finished with Grand Funk, Ten Years After, and Sly at sunrise.
