I remember going and the traffic coming to a standstill either on the interstate or on a side road leading into the site, anyway, no one moved for most of Friday nite. That was soooooo much fun. I took my first hit of mescaline. We met so many people going from car to car-it was just one big party. I remember very little music. I remember a scafolding in the center with people climbing on it thinking it could collapse. I remember "drug row" running down the side of the site with truck after van line up beside each other with signs of what they were selling-I could not believe what I was witnessing. I remember a police car trying to drive into the site and people rocking the car and he just left. What a great time I had walking around and meeting people. I remember someone said Saturday nite that someone had a bat and was hitting people, I never saw that. Everyone was mellow and having a really "groovy" time. I loved that time of my life-my 20th year....
