Ya... we got there late and not knowing where we were we ditched the car and kept following the crowd. We were some 7 miles away from the site. When we got there the fences were down and everyone could get in for free. We were so burned out when we got there that we camped out against the perimeter fence about 1/2 mile away from the stage. It was too crazy to venture into the main crowd... it was a maze of bodies, blankets and tents. I can't imagine anyone navigating it stoned trying to get to the bathrooms. I took a number of pictures there... all in 3-D using an ancient Kodak Stereo camera I bought a few months before. I was having a great time but the people I went with were disgusted and wanted to leave early. On the long hike out we were hit by a thunderstorm... which followed us all the way back home in Massachusetts.
