Mid West Rock Festival
July / 25,26,27 / 1969
West Allis, WI

I believe it was held the week before Woodstock at the fairgrounds. It really wasn't like a real rock festival. It was more like an all day / night show and they let you camp there if you wanted to. On Friday night they had Led Zeppelin. Saturday: Blind Faith, Taste, MC5 (great), Sunday: Jeff Beck, Jethro Tull, Joe Cocker. That was the first of many times that I saw the MC5 so it was worth the admission. I've left an email address so you can contact me directly.
