The field where the festival took place is still mostly wide open. The Ice Age Trail cuts through it and you can walk about it. The rest is private property, but ski trails take you through most of the places you guys have described in the winter. One of the landowners has found a ton of stuff buried back in there over the years. I grew up seven miles from the site and heard stories over the years. Now I'm pursuing a master's in history and would like to put something together on it. Sometimes events that don't go as planned are the most interesting and I think there are some tales to tell.

One question: The pond some have referenced. There is a pond back in there, but it is down a hill on the north end of the festival site. This doesn't sound like the hill you guys have referenced with the barn at the bottom of it. Was the pond further back from this area?
