hi shaddy,

lang nicht mehr gesehen. bin gerade mal hier vorbei gekommen und hab deinen beitrag gesehen.
ich kenn mich zwar nicht persönlich mit solchen kliniken aus, aber ich denke es kann nur auf dauer positiv sein. es ist jedenfalls eine richtige richtung. ich denke man durchbricht so einen teufelskreislauf den du jetzt hast. du wirst neue positive denkanstösse etc bekommen, die dir sicherlich helfen werden dein leben neu zu sortieren.
die offenen fragen kann dir sicherlich deine psychologin gut beantworten. trau dich einfach dies zu fragen und wage den schritt etwas positiv zu verändern. hab keine angst davor. das du dir nicht sicher bist ob du das machen sollst ist wohl nur zu normal. und hab auch keine sorge vor den offenen fragen, die lassen sich bestimmt einfach erklären. vielleicht hast du ja die möglichkeit ein vorgespräch bei der klinik zu bekommen. schreib dir deine ganzen fragen auf und nimm sie mit damit du in der nervosität nichts wichtiges vergisst.
