Subject: Schnellste Art zu gehen

Hallo zusammen
Mich plagen immer wieder Depressionen, Alkholabhängigkeit und Schuldgefühle. Und irgendwann habe ich auch keine Kraft mehr dagegen anzukämpfen.
Ich bin aber immer noch auf der Suche, wie ich es am besten beende. Bis jetzt denke ich dass ergängen recht human ist. Aber vielleicht hat ja jemand von euch noch eine andere Idee die vielleicht nicht ganz so qualvoll ist und schneller geht.
