abe einmal meditiert da konnte ich einen grossen teil meiner gedanken abstellen was für mich als borderliner schwer ist da ch sehr ungeduldig bin und 1000 gedanken immer um mich habe.Medtieren sollst du versuchen am besten unter freien himmel wo ich entspannt bin ist auch wasserpfeife rauchen.Hoffe es hilft waren meine gedanken dazu.
