ich mach meinen kopf �fters leer mit meditieren, hab das mal von nem inder gelernt mit einem mantra - is nix anderes als ein wort, das f�r den betreffenden keine bedeutung hat, also ein sinnloses wort - aneinanderreihung von irgendwelchen buchstaben - dieses wort, das f�r mich keine bedeutung hat und ich mit nichts in zusammenhang bringe, sag ich dauernd vor mir her, dadurch konzentriere ich mich auf das nichts und mach dadurch meinen kopf leer - is wie ein seelischer kurzurlaub - probier das mal - mein wort zum beispiel is - shiam - langsam und weich gesprochen - ich sags nur gedanklich nicht laut - setz mich irgendwo hin - schliess die augen - shiam shiam shiam .... und nach vielleicht 20 minuten f�hl ich mich richtig erleichtert, weil ich so meine negativen gedanken ausm kopf rauswerf
