mir geht es nicht anders. Es ist bei mir Unsicherheit und die Unf�higkeit, Kritik (berechtigt oder unberechtigt) auf den kritisierten Sachverhalt beschr�nkt zu sehen. Ich *erweitere* sozusagen diese Kritik auch auf alles andere, was ich tue und auf meine ganze Person. Das l�sst mich sehr unsicher werden und an mir selbst zweifeln. Durch meine Unsicherheit bzw. die Wut, die sich bei mir auf den Kritiker entwickelt, bin ich dann auch nicht mehr in der Lage, konstruktive Kritik, die mich ja auch weiterbringen k�nnte, zu erkennen und f�r mich *zu nutzen*.
