Subject: verdammt

Jeder Tag ist gleich, gleich beschissen, gleich langweilig. Verdammt, es wird immer schwerer aus der selbstgebauten Festung rauszukommen. Ich weiss, dass ich selbst da durch und raus muss, und dass rumgejammere auch nichts bringt, aber die verdammten Ängste stehen mir ständig im weg und ich trau mir immer weniger zu, verdamme mich mehr und mehr in die Isolation, hab eigentlich keine richtigen Freunde mehr oder auch noch nie welche gehabt.
Und die Kraft und der Glaube an sich selbst sterben jeden Tag ein Stückchen mehr. Die Therapien sind ausgeschöpft. Verdammte Depression... verdammtes Leben... verdammt...
