Ganz normal, so ziemlich jeder normale Internetnutzer hat ne dynamische IP; die bekommst Du vom Provider zugewiesen. Die ist einfach jedes mal anders. Eine statische IP kostet wahnsinnig Geld.

Nur so zur Info: die Telekomik hat mehrere Einwahlknoten, einer f�ngt mit z. B. 217 an. Eine IP hat 12 Stellen, also
k�nnten pro Knoten 63.715 Adressen vergeben werden. Dass Du zweimal die selbe IP hast ist also unwahrscheinlich.
