einerseits finde ich es schön, wenn du versuchst ohne chat usw auszukommen,
deinen tagesablauf irgendwie anders zu gestalten.
aber wenn du die zeit nur sinnlos rumsitzt und dir dann noch mehr gedanken machst und es dir immer nur noch schlechter geht, die erfahrung habe ich nämlich gemacht, dann scheu dich nicht einfach wieder her zu kommen. hier sind leute die für dich da sind, denen du wichtig bist,
die auf dich zählen, dir zuhören und dir wärme geben.
