Subject: If you love dogs, please sign my petition...

Please sign my petition to prosecute a horrible woman from Pennsylvania
who gets dogs that are supposed to be "free to good homes" then sells
them to a kennel for big bucks. She misleads people into thinking she is
adopting their pets for herself, when she really only wants it to sell.
The Berks County District Attorney refused to prosecute, claiming that
it wasnt a criminal matter. Since when is fraud not a criminal matter?

sign the petition and help put a stop to her animal exploitation.
