Great job. This also goes to the point I was trying to make about what Hicks inherited. It has been suggested that Hicks walked into what has historically been one of the worst situations in D-I. While that might be the case now, it was not the case forever. Things were bad here before Hicks, but if anything under his watch they have gotten worse, a la rock bottom.
