Good to hear from you. I hope all is well.

I am out of the area now and therefore can not really comment on the current situation, but if there is a light at the end of the tunnel, it appears to be a very long tunnel. We are perpetually young because Hicks can't seem to keep guys around. And those who have seen us this year have had some serious questions about the decision-making going on. Unfortunately it is hard to see how things are going to change any time soon.

You guys seem to be treading water, huh? I keep waiting for the year where Niagara really breaks out.
