Anthony,

Two years ago you organized a chat with Hicks for everyone to ask questions. Any chance you have a transcript of that? I think it would be interesting to read his responses in hindsight. A lot of those questions centered on what he was going to do to turn the program around. I'd be curious if any of his responses have been acted upon.
